White Label Spring / Summer 2019
shades of blue
The White Label Spring/Summer 2019 Indoor Collection combines color and neutrality, as gentle and intense colorways complement each other.
Creamy candy colors like citron, peach, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and kiwi are complemented by a varied palate of blue shades from indigo to azure and delicate bleu. Light neutral shades like beige, sand and white calm the color palate.
Natural material blends are on trend! The indoor collection focusses on high-end materials with a natural hand, like linen, viscose and cotton, either alone or combined. Some fabrics are textured or feature two-tone weaving; high-end silk with irregular reliefs, plain pure linen with a washed-out finish, colorful embroidery or metallized details. The trend for elevated jeans is given a makeover in cotton and linen blends or with laser cut-outs. Fine plaid and pinstriped linen blends and stylish glen check are in demand for blazers. The natural fiber trend continues into super comfortable jersey: as plain pique or fineliner, as two-tone honeycomb jersey, jacquard and double-face jersey or Chanel-look jersey. The antithesis is delivered by crease-free fabrics such as techno power stretch and lightly creped, draping fabrics.
Chanel fabrics with multicolor fancy - or ribbon yarn - have been given a light, summery interpretation. Garment-dyed jacquard is completely new. Stylish highlights are delivered by high-end jacquard with bold florals featuring subtle neon and Lurex accents, various floral prints - some as panels, some all-over, or with denim backgrounds - and a colorful printed coarse linen.
‘We’re always on the look-out for something special, which makes us rediscover the poetry of the everyday.’
The indoor segment is defined by a modern, urban style focused on the everyday:
the blazer is experiencing a revival and is expanding its fashion credentials as a double-breasted jacket or a casual silhouette to become the “it” piece of the season. Feminine details and finishes soften its austerity. Straight, or even tailored denim
Long live color
The White Label S/S 2019 Collection presents a stylish, varied sportswear line
The trends are stacked up:
trench + parka, short slips, sporty jackets + summery padded coats have been given current fabrics + new silhouettes. Long live color!
Alongside neutral shades like putty, beige, Sahara + marine, the new color palate includes powdery pastels + fresh sorbet shades from salmon + sky, citron and papaya to more intense kiwi + bleu.
The focus is on crease-free fabrics!
Jackets + coats are sporty + elegant at the same time.
drapey coats in colored scuba, bonded with a mottled grey inside!
the jersey trench, unlined, lightweight + easy + without seam finishes.
the lightweight summer “fake puffa jacket”.
With a mother of pearl sheen or a matte finish, it’s given a new look with shape or corded ribbon - details, decorative trims or ribbing.
Shape models are given a new look by a refined pairing with jersey.
faux velour, bonded, in neutral or bold colors.
Indispensable for the coming season: raincoats in pastel colors with mesh linings.
grainy cotton gabardine, cotton blends with metal details and two-tone double face round off the range.
